White oak paneling thirty feet high rings the entire lower bowl with another eight feet on the upper concourses of this Basketball Arena at the University of Oregon. With concession stands, walls clad all around in Fir (complete with end grain) that give the appearance of solid timber, change rooms and light boxes; this project is a stunning use of woodwork to enhance a public space.
