A two phase project built five years apart; the project saw multiple finishes in wood, veneer, plastic laminates, metals, upholstery and plastics. The gaming floor had various “rooms” each with its own finishes pallet and design theme. The restaurants and bars were large packages in themselves that would tax the resources of any regular sized millwork shop. The myriad finishes required detailed schedules and sourcing challenges but all were brought together seamlessly .
